Examly, operated by Examly Enterprises, provides premium educational content and services to students preparing for NEET(UG) and JEE-Main. By purchasing or subscribing to any product or service through the Examly mobile app, you agree to the terms outlined in this No Refund Policy.
1. No Refunds
All purchases made through the Examly app — including subscriptions, test series, study materials, and in-app purchases — are non-refundable. This applies regardless of usage, satisfaction, or personal circumstances.
2. Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
- Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing cycle.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors
- Legal requirements under applicable consumer protection laws
To request an exception, users must contact examly25@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date, providing full details and proof of the issue.
