Examly, operated by Examly Enterprises, provides digital educational services and content to students preparing for NEET(UG) and JEE-Main. As all products and services offered through the Examly mobile app are digital in nature, this No Return Policy outlines our stance on returns.
1. No Returns on Digital Products
All purchases made through the Examly app — including subscriptions, test series, study materials, and other digital content — are non-returnable. Once access is granted or content is downloaded, the transaction is considered final.
2. Subscription & Access Terms
- Subscriptions and content access are delivered instantly upon purchase.
- Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and ensuring compatibility with their devices before purchase.
3. Exceptions
Returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate purchases due to technical errors
- Legal obligations under applicable consumer protection laws
To request an exception, users must contact examly25@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date, providing full details and proof of the issue.
